"FORMAL ACADEMIC WRITING".It is going to be the main concern to develop in Jim's class during this month.It seems to be very good.Nobody can image how happy I am of having this opportunity that I am sure it will bring me a lot of tools to improve my writing skills and go ahead with my professional career. I have to confess that in spite of all my efforts I considered myself a disaster; no because of vocabulary; grammar; linking words among others; it is because English language in my opinion is too direct and does not make any easy for a Spanish speaker to convey ideas in short and brief ways. Fortunally or not; Spanish is such a rich language with a lot more of vocabulary and expressions and also sensitive and emotional. There is not way I might become an English thinker but I will certainly do my best in terms of academic proporses. I do not deny that I really love English language; it is an interesting thinking.
